Extras for your site
Additional Static Pages
Adding new static pages to your site, using your current sites style can be done within 24hours of receiving the new information and images.
New pages are billed at $60 per page, flat rate and include navigation menu updates to your new page/s.
Additional CMS Based Pages
New pages in your cms package site are completed within 24hours of receiving the new data and images. Once installed on your site, they
will allow you to continue your own updates of the information and images there through your current user name and password login,
if you have opted to do so.
Each extra CMS page added is billed at $60
Additional Image Preperation
Images that require basic reformatting, touching up or other preperation to fit into the design layout of your site are done complimentary as part
of your ongoing package updates. After your quarterly updates have been used, these services are billed as 'Extra Updates' and will be swapped
with images currently on your site, added to your image galleries or product lists as part of this service.
Additional Email Addresses
If you require extra email address above the number of emails allocated for your design package they are available for a once off fee of
$20 per extra address.These new emil address' will exsist for the entire term of your hosting with Digital Design and do not require seperate renewal or
incure any other fees.
Add a forum
If you opted for our Economy or Standard package but have decided you require a community noticeboard/forum that is styled to suit your website,
you may have this feature installed and styled within 48hours of recieving payment. Your admin account will be set-up to allow you to edit your
forums, moderate the topics listed and manage your user accounts. This service requires the creation of an sql database, forum pages, navigation
links and buttons, design of the new forums 'skin' to match your site and set-up of basic forums, catagories and user account permission levels.
These services are provided for the flat rate fee of $475.00 and include 2 hours of tutorial time to help you admin your forum
and get the most out of your boards.
Extra ongoing administration services from DDC are also available to help you keep on top of permission levels, user registrations and the continuity of
your boards at our hourly rate of $60
Extra Updates
All updates after the allotted quarterly plan time are billed at $60 per hour. These services include updating of information, images, administration
services, changes to site lay-out, database management, forum administration, multimedia services, website conversions to pdf, mass email services and
the conversion and copying your site to cd/dvd for distribution.
Updates required to your site to improve our coding or fix errors and design flaws will always be completed free of charge.
